Application for Alien Registration Card
■ Application Method

■ Required Documents
① Completed Application Form

③ Copy of Passport
④ One standard-sized photo with white background for alien registration (3.5 cm × 4.5 cm)
⑤ Certificate of Enrollment
⑥ Proof of Residence (e.g., copy of lease agreement, dormitory residence confirmation, etc.)
※ Required documents may vary depending on the type of residence, so please confirm with the International Education Center.
7.Fee: 50,000 KRW (cash)
※ Documents verifying your place of residence may vary depending on your type of accommodation. Please confirm with the Korean Language Education Center at the university.
■ Precautions / Important Notes
① Applications must be submitted within 90 days of entry into Korea. (A fine will be imposed if not submitted within the designated period.)
② During the language training period, if you temporarily return to your home country, you must carry your Alien Registration Card. (For citizens of some countries, failure to carry the card may restrict departure from Korea and may invalidate the visa.)
③ If the Alien Registration Card is lost, you must apply for reissuance at the Immigration Office within 14 days.
④ Reissuance applications must be submitted in person. For detailed information, please visit the official HiKorea website: hikorea.go.kr
⑤ Upon completion of your studies and final return to your home country, you must submit your Alien Registration Card at the airport immigration checkpoint.
Extension of Stay for D-4-1 / D-4-7 (Language Training Program) Students
■ Application Method

■ Required Documents
① Completed Unified Application Form
② Passport
③ Copy of Passport
④ Alien Registration Card
⑤ Certificate of Enrollment
⑥ Academic Transcript (including attendance records)
⑦ Proof of Financial Capability (only deposits in personal bank accounts in Korea are accepted)
⑧ Proof of Residence (e.g., copy of lease agreement, dormitory residence confirmation, etc.)
※ If the current residence lease is not under the student’s name, a copy of the ID of the leaseholder anda completed “Confirmation of Provided Accommodation” form must be submitted together.
⑨ Fee: 60,000 KRW (cash)
■ Precautions / Important Notes
① Applications for extension can be submitted up to 1 month before the expirationof the current stay period.
② If the extension application is submitted after the expirationof the stay period, a fine will be imposed.
③ The student must have an attendance rate of at least 70%to be eligible to apply for a visa extension.

Extension of Stay for D-2-1 (Associate Degree Program) Students

■ Required Documents
① Completed Unified Application Form

③ Copy of Passport
④ Alien Registration Card
⑤ Certificate of Enrollment
⑥ Academic Transcript
⑦ Proof of Financial Capability (minimum 10,000,000 KRW, only deposits in personal bank accounts in Korea are accepted)
⑧ Proof of Residence (e.g., copy of lease agreement, dormitory residence confirmation, etc.)
※ f the lease for the current residence is not under the student’s name, a copy of the ID of the leaseholder anda completed “Confirmation of Provided Accommodation” form must be submitted together.
⑨ Fee: 60,000 KRW (cash)
■ Important Notes
• If the student’s GPA is below 2.0, a pledge letterand a recommendation from the academic advisormust be submitted.

Change of Visa Status (D-4-1 / D-4-7 ➜ D-2-1))
■ Application Method
• Submit your application in person at the International Education Center, WOONG JI ACCOUNTING&TAX COLLEGE
■ Eligible Applicants
• Students who are currently holding a D-4-1 visa and are planned to be admitted to the Associate Degree Program (D-2-1).
■ Required Documents
① Completed Unified Application Form
② passport
③ Copy of Passport
④ Alien Registration Card
⑤ One standard-sized photo with white background(3.5 cm × 4.5 cm)
⑥ Standard Admission Letter
⑦ Proof of Financial Capability (minimum 14,000,000 KRW; only deposits in personal bank accounts in Korea are accepted)
⑧ Certificate of Highest Academic Qualification
⑨ Transcript and Completion Certificate from the Language Training Program (D-4-1 / D-4-7) (attendance records must be included)
⑩ Proof of Residence (e.g., copy of lease agreement, dormitory residence confirmation, etc.)
※ If the lease is not under the student’s name, a copy of the leaseholder’s ID and a completed “Confirmation of Provided Accommodation” form must be submitted together.
⑪ Fee: 130,000 KRW (cash)
■ Change of Residence Notification
• Application Method : The student must personally visit the local community service center or the Immigration Office within 15 days from the date of moving to the new residence to report the change.
• Required Documents : Change of Residence Notification Form Passport and Alien Registration Card Proof of New Residence.
