Department (Major) Overview and Key Features
The K-Industry Trackof the Department of Global Management is designed to support international students in establishing stable lives in Korea and
developing into professional food service and restaurant management specialists, based on the strong global competitiveness of the rapidly growing
K-Food industry.
∙ Integrated Curriculum :
The program offers a comprehensive curriculum that integrates foundational business administration, practical food service management, and an
in-depth understanding of Korean culture into a unified educational framework.
∙ Specialized Education for Settlement in Korea :
Courses linked to the Korea Immigration & Integration Program (KIIP)are incorporated into the regular curriculum to enhance students’ Korean
language proficiency and to support visa acquisition and long-term settlement in Korea
∙ Practice-Oriented K-Food Education :
Going beyond culinary skills, the program emphasizes professional management knowledge, including store operations, marketing strategies, and
hygiene and sanitation management, preparing students for real-world application in the food service industry.
