Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements (①, ②, and ③):

Nationality
Both the applicant and the applicant’s parents must be foreign nationals.
②
Educational Background
Applicants must have graduated from high school or possess an academic qualification equivalent to high school graduation.
③
Korean Language Proficiency
Applicants must hold a TOPIK Level 2 or higher certificate or have completed an equivalent Korean language education program.
※Nationality is determined as of the application submission date. Applicants who hold dual nationality including Korean nationality as of the application date are not eligible to apply.

※ Copies of the applicant’s and parents’ passports (or copies of official national identification documents issued by the home country)
※ The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least one year as of the first day of classes
※ Applicants residing in Korea must additionally submit copies (front and back) of the Alien Registration Card

High School Graduation Certificate (or Expected Graduation Certificate)
※ Submit one of the following:
Apostille-certified document (for countries that are parties to the Apostille Convention)
Original document verified by the Korean consulate in the country of the graduating school or by the relevant foreign embassy/consulate in Korea
※ Applicants submitting an expected graduation certificate must submit the official graduation certificate at a later date.

Official High School Academic Transcript
Original document and a notarized translation (in English or Korean)

Proof of Korean Language Proficiency
Submit one of the following documents:
TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 2 or higher certificate
Certificate of completion of Level 2 or higher Korean language program at a university in Korea
Certificate of completion of Level 2 or higher of the Korea Immigration & Integration Program (KIIP)
Certificate of completion of Sejong Institute Korean Language Program – Beginner Level 2 or higher

Family Relationship Documents
Documents verifying family relationships (e.g., family registry, birth certificates)

Bank Balance Certificate
Original bank balance certificate under the name of the applicant or a financial sponsor (e.g., parents)
Minimum balance: KRW 10,000,000
Funds must be deposited for at least six months, and the account must specify a conditional withdrawal restriction period
Bank balance certificates must comply with guidelines issued by the Korean Ministry of Justice
Additional documents may be requested depending on the applicant’s country

Documents verifying the financial sponsor’s employment, income, and assets
Notarized translations (English or Korean) of all financial documents
